Terms of Service
Effective date: November 2, 2026
SumpPumpReplacementKenosha.com provides information and a referral telephone route about Kenosha sump pumps. The provider you reach is independent. Any assessment, equipment purchase or work is arranged between you and that provider under your separate agreement.
1. Agreement and Covered Services
These conditions form the Terms of Service (“Terms”) for SumpPumpReplacementKenosha.com, referred to here as “we,” “our” or “the site.” They cover sumppumpreplacementkenosha.com, the associated referral phone route, connections made through it and correspondence about those resources, collectively called the “Services.”
Using the website or referral number indicates acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you cannot accept these conditions, discontinue use. The Services are intended for adults able to arrange their own affairs. When acting for a property owner, landlord, business or occupant, use the referral route only with authority to request the connection and disclose the information relevant to that request.
2. Sump Pump Information and Provider Connections
General articles explain sump pump subjects, and the phone route connects callers with independent providers serving Kenosha. The site does not install, inspect or repair equipment. A call connection is not an appointment, a diagnosis, an acceptance of work or a price agreement. Around-the-clock call connection does not establish that a provider can attend at any particular time.
The provider and property representative discuss availability, access, assessment, equipment, scope, charges, approvals and any workmanship or product terms. Confirm those details before authorizing work. The provider is responsible for its own business decisions and services; it is not employed by this website. Direct questions about work already arranged to the provider with whom you made that arrangement.
Supply accurate information about the address, pump symptoms, urgency, contact person and access arrangements. Update important changes directly with the provider. If the property or contact information belongs to someone else, obtain the necessary authority before requesting access, arranging a visit or sharing that person’s details.
3. Safety and Urgent Situations
This referral route does not dispatch emergency responders or monitor conditions at a property. If rising water, electrical equipment, suspected gas, sewage or structural instability creates an immediate danger, withdraw to safety and contact the appropriate emergency service, utility or responsible building contact. Do not wait for a referral connection to resolve a threat to personal safety.
Articles provide general context rather than an assessment of your particular basement or equipment. Avoid entering water near live electrical supplies, touching connected pump equipment with wet hands, dismantling sealed components or attempting repairs beyond your competence. A provider must assess the actual installation before recommending work appropriate to its condition.
4. Privacy and Service Correspondence
The site’s Privacy Policy describes information from visits, email and calls, including Ringba tracking and possible recording. An enquiry permits relevant replies through your chosen contact method, rather than unrelated promotions. The independent provider’s own privacy practices apply to its handling of the conversation and subsequent work arrangements.
Carrier or internet charges may apply. Messages and calls can be delayed or misdirected. Avoid leaving credentials, financial account details or sensitive identification documents in email or voicemail.
5. Rules for Using the Services
Use the Services lawfully and respectfully. The following activities are prohibited. Do not:
- Misrepresent your identity or provide knowingly false, unlawful, abusive or deceptive information about others.
- Place nuisance calls, distribute spam, introduce harmful software or overwhelm the website.
- Defeat security measures, evade access restrictions or interfere with the website’s technical safeguards.
- Access another person’s records or systems without permission, or disrupt users, telephone routing, hosting services or connected suppliers.
- Republish, frame, harvest or commercially reuse protected material unless permission or applicable law allows the particular use.
- Use referrals or website interactions to endanger people, violate privacy, infringe rights or facilitate unlawful activity.
6. Website Materials and Information You Supply
Text, page designs, branding, photographs, graphics, software and other materials are owned by the site or used under applicable permissions. Visitors may read the information to understand sump pump issues or arrange a provider conversation for a home, rental or business. That access does not transfer ownership or authorize unrestricted reproduction or commercial redistribution of protected materials.
You retain any rights you hold in messages or other material you supply. You authorize the site to receive, store, transmit and use that material as reasonably necessary to route the enquiry, respond, maintain operational records, protect the Services and comply with applicable obligations. This authorization is nonexclusive and without a separate fee; you remain responsible for having authority to share the material.
Unsolicited suggestions about the website may be used to improve its operation without compensation or a confidentiality commitment, unless separately agreed. Personal information within such correspondence remains subject to the Privacy Policy.
7. Links, Technology and Independent Businesses
Separate organizations supply hosting, Ringba tracking, telephone networks, maps, fonts and linked resources. Systems and policies can change independently. A link or integration provides access without establishing this site’s control over content, uptime, security, decisions or data handling.
Read the terms of any external service you use and the agreement proposed by an independent provider. Subject to rights that applicable law preserves, the site does not assume responsibility for those organizations’ conduct, representations, equipment, work, charges or information practices.
8. Limits of the Information and Referral Service
The website and referral route are offered on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. No assurance is made that the resources will remain uninterrupted, fully accurate, compatible with every device or free of errors. Implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, title and non-infringement, are excluded where lawful. A particular call outcome or response time cannot be assured.
Photos, scenarios and maintenance discussions illustrate general concepts. They do not diagnose a property, recommend specific equipment, quote charges, determine compliance or describe completed customer work.
Where applicable law preserves a warranty or limits an exclusion, that protection continues and the exclusion operates only within the permitted bounds.
9. Responsibility, Damages and Third-Party Claims
Where lawful, the site and its operators, personnel, affiliates, licensors and technical suppliers exclude responsibility for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary losses associated with the Services. Examples include lost revenue, interrupted operations, lost information, diminished goodwill and water or property damage arising from reliance on general content, referrals, independent work, external systems or unauthorized access. The limitation applies even if possible loss has been raised, subject to rights that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.
For claims concerning the website or connection service itself, any recoverable liability is limited to proven direct loss where the law permits that limit. These Terms do not alter non-excludable rights or determine the responsibility accepted in a separate work agreement between you and an independent provider.
Where lawful, you agree to cover reasonable third-party claims and associated costs caused by your misuse of the Services, breach of these Terms, violation of another person’s rights or disclosure of material without authority. That responsibility does not cover a claim to the extent it results from the site’s own unlawful conduct or a liability that cannot legally be shifted.
10. Restricting or Discontinuing Access
Access may be restricted or ended when reasonably needed to address misuse, security issues, legal obligations, nuisance calls or operational difficulties. You may cease using the website and telephone route whenever you choose. Provisions whose purpose extends beyond the interaction, such as ownership, lawful responsibility limits and dispute provisions, continue to apply where relevant after access ends.
Website features and referral operations may be modified, suspended or discontinued as circumstances change.
11. Applicable Law and Resolving Disputes
Wisconsin law governs these Terms to the extent that applicable law permits that choice. Mandatory federal law and consumer protections remain effective. If a concern arises about the website or referral connection, contact the site with the relevant details so that an informal resolution can be considered before further action.
A dispute must be brought before a court or other forum with lawful authority over the parties and subject matter. These Terms do not require you to give up a mandatory local forum, an available small-claims procedure or a right to seek urgent relief. Disputes about a provider’s work also depend on your separate agreement with that provider.
12. Additional Provisions
Policy revisions
Revised Terms appear on this page and apply from posting unless a later date is stated. Continued use after the effective date indicates acceptance of the updated conditions.
Separate enforceability and waiver
An unenforceable provision will be limited as necessary while the remaining Terms continue. Not enforcing a term on one occasion does not abandon the right to enforce it later.
Transfer and the complete agreement
You may not assign these Terms without the site’s written agreement. The operator may transfer the Services and associated agreement during a business transfer or reorganization, subject to applicable law. These Terms together with the Privacy Policy describe the website relationship. They do not replace the independent agreement governing a plumber’s assessment, products or work.
Reading these Terms
Titles help navigation without changing meaning. Examples introduced by “including” are illustrative, not exhaustive. Electronic records and acceptance may be used where applicable law recognizes them.
